Our school is a hidden gem, where the halls are filled with caring and enthusiastic staff and students. Located on the outskirts of Belleville, we serve approximately 305 students from Kindergarten through Grade 8, including an Elementary Resource Program class and two Destinations classes. Susanna Moodie ES is situated on a beautiful stretch of land with ample space for our students to enjoy outdoor play during recess, during Physical Education classes, and school-wide events.
Susanna Moodie Elementary School is a school rooted in diversity and inclusion. We strive to be a place where students' identities and voices are not only recognized but celebrated. It's a place where students take care of one another, feel safe to be themselves, make and learn from mistakes, feel inspired and seize opportunities to grow.

Our educators are dedicated to offering enriching experiences for each student while providing support along their journey. They eagerly embrace opportunities to learn and continually enhance their teaching practices to meet the diverse needs of each student in the classroom.
Beyond the classroom, students have access to a wide variety of extra-curricular activities, from sports to the arts and everything in between.
